Relationship Manager (Demand Management)
Canary Wharf

This large financial services organisation is looking for experienced Relationship Managers. This is a great opportunity for someone with very strong experiences to join a standard-setting company based in Canary Wharf.
Working in the Relationship Management Department in the IS function this role will require candidates to have good experience of formulating business and IT*IS strategies, working with the business to identify relevant needs, costing projects and confirming budgets and effectively managing relationships internally and externally.
It is vital that candidates have a proven track record in all of the above. This role will be outwardly facing to customers and clients and inwardly facing to the rest of the business. It is therefore crucial that candidates respond well in this kind of high-demand environment. Similar experiences will have been gained in other financial organisations or possibly large ‘blue chip` organisations.
The ideal candidate will have broad financial services, regulatory and IS knowledge. This role is in large part about managing a demand and accounting for supply. Similar experiences will therefore definitely be of most interest. Candidates should be able to cite examples of when they have supported the delivery of strategic and tactical IT solutions, ideally in Prince2 and ITIL environments. Candidates must have fantastic relationship management skills; interpersonal skills that are second to none and a commitment to customer service and getting the very best out of colleagues for the good of the business.
